Partner with internal teams, insurance partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless and timely execution of regional marketing strategies
Oversee the development of B2B and B2C campaign and brand marketing assets, including content creation, copywriting, and production to align with product offerings and brand identity
Generate and manage content for Public Relations initiatives, such as articles, website copy, newsletters, videos, and press releases, to maximize visibility and engagement
Maintain and monitor the performance of social media platforms to enhance the organization's online presence and campaign effectiveness
Provide writing and translation support for content development in English and Chinese, coordinating with external agencies for asset translation and proofreading
Assist in planning and delivering the regional events and sponsorship calendar, including on-site support and development of event-related materials
Ensure alignment with the organization's key global messaging when developing financial and non-financial promotions across target markets within the regional scope
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational skills
- Copywriting experience would be useful
- Clear, confident communication skills with a very high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential
- Knowledge of social media platforms in Hong Kong is preferred

Support Donation and Grantmaking Processes:
- Assist senior management in evaluating donation requests and executing grantmaking functions
- This includes conducting research, analyzing issues, preparing reports and findings, and maintaining records for the organization's leadership review
Develop Grantmaking Plans and Documentation:
- Help create grantmaking plans, outlining tasks, deliverables, schedules, and required resources
- Maintain a centralized repository of documentation for audit purposes, such as funding proposals, agreements, progress reports, and project publications
Conduct Research and Provide Strategic Insights:
- Undertake research on social issues and new initiatives to support the development of new projects or strategies
- Activities may include literature reviews, industry/sector data analysis, internal/external surveys and focus groups, and discussions with potential partners
Monitor Approved Projects:
- Assist in overseeing the implementation and completion of approved projects according to schedule, pledged outputs, and original scope/budget
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in statistical, financial, and progress reporting
- Assess and document project change requests for internal approval
Support Grantee Engagement and Communications:
- Review event invitations from grantees as part of project monitoring
- Draft articles and speeches for publicity events
- Collaborate on public relations and media initiatives
Facilitate Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., applicants, grantees, consultants) and internal counterparts (e.g., finance, procurement, IT) throughout the project lifecycle
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health, education or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with exposure to NGOs, Government, policy research, or public and social service settings
- Knowledge in analytic skills, proactive in idea creation and passionate in charity related topics
- Excellent English and Chinese communication and writing skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
